Do I need to create an account in order to use your app/website?

Yes, you need to create an account before using OyaNow App


How do I place an order

Click on any of our categories eg. Oyafood,Click on the prefered store,add your desired menu choice then click on review cart and check out


How can I track my order

At the bottom of your OyaNow home screen, click on Track order, then click on track to seecurrent progress or you can click on the option icon at the left part of the home screen, click om my orders/errands then proceed to search for the order needed to be tracked then click on the motorcycle symbol


How can I deactivate my account?

Why not just let it be and come back to us whenever you want. However, if you still want to deactivate your account please contact our Customer Service Center at 0708 4376 000 or customerservice@OyaNow.ng


How do I pay on OyaNow app or mobile website

You can choose from the different payment methods available below ;Pay on Delivery (Cash or POS), Pay online (Credit or Debit card)


Are the prices on OyaNow negiotiable

No, they are not negotiable but are subject to change from time to time


Can I cancel an order

You have the right to cancel an order within a reasonable time and before the order becomes a Started Order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been confirmed and picked from the Partner Service Provider, you will be charged for the order


How quickly can I get my order

Our aim is to provide the best delivery services as quick as possible but the timing of your order is determined by taking into account the number of orders and the circumstances being faced by the Partner Service Provider at that time.


My payment was processed successfully but I didn't get any order confirmation. What should I do?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

When you place an order through our Service, you will receive a text message via your telephone service providers or email confirming the order


My order is delayed, What should I do?

We do our best to deliver on time. If in some exceptional case we are late, we will then inform you proactively. In case of doubt any question do not hesitate to ​contact our Customer Support Team ​on​ 0708 4376 000 or customercare@OyaNow.ng


Which currencies does OyaNow accept?

OyaNow only accept Naira for now


Why can't I see the option for cash on drinks?

For now, it is strictly Pre paid


Would my account be deactivated if I don't use it for a long time?

We miss you when you don't visit us enough but we never deactivate your account unless you requested it, or for exceptional cases of customers with very high repeated order rejection rate.


Can I use two methods of payment when ordering online?

Two methods of payment can only be used for two different orders amd must be in full


What steps does OyaNow take to prevent card fraud?

OyaNow will not share any personal detail that includes credit or debit card information, name, address and phone number with any company or person.OyaNow does not have access to debit or card card details that are uploaded by the customer on our website and/or mobile application.


Are there any hidden charges like sales tax when I make a purchase on OyaNow?

Prices on OyaNow platforn include VAT.


What is Pay on Delivery (PoD)?

With PoD, you can pay in cash or with a valid naira bank card to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.Note:That at Night and also Pick and Drop may not be available for PoD. Please read the terms and conditions to find where Pay on Delivery is not available: https:/www.OyaNow.ng


How can I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, tap on the cancel tab on your app interface. Kindly add the reason for your cancellation to help us serve you better next time.


I received something I didn't order, what now?

Sorry, Please always check, verify the item delivered when given by the delivery agent. And reject if not matching your order


If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

If your request gets to us on time, We will find out if your request is possible from the store and this would not take more than 45mins asides the normal time of arrival.


I missed my delivery. What happens now?

If you would wish for OyaNow to re-deliver the order, you will be charged for the delivery services.


Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Yes a rider will call you once he picks up your order, just to inform you that he is on his way to deliver.


What are delivery charges?

Delivery charges are the costs undertaken by OyaNow and our logistics partners to bring your ordered item(s) to your doorstep.


I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What's going on?

Items sourced from different Stores separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Be rest assured that you will get all your items within the reasonable delivery period


Can my order be delivered to an office address?

Yes, in as much as it is within our location


Does OyaNow deliver outside Abuja

Yes we do, We currently deliver to Lagos, Kano, Kaduna


What is OyaNow Services?

OyaNow is an online platform through which one can gain access to a variety of logistic's services.


Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

No, but an item can be picked up when an errand is missed by a customer


I have a complaint about the delivery rider who came to deliver my order. What should I do?

I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should always refuse to accept any open package, as we will not accept returns of any products unsealed (unless for defective reason). If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with our Customer Service Center immediately at 0708 4376 000


How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be delivered to you in 45mins - 1 hour. We will also update you if anything comes up that may delay your order arrival.


How do i get the OyaNow App

Go to Google playstore and search for OyaNow, then download and installed the App.


How can I sign-up as a customer on OyaNow?

Click on the option icon at the top left of the home screen, click on signup,then create an account


What is included in the price?

Prices include VAT and local delivery fees can be charged at checkout depending on your address.


Can I add multiple email addresses to login to my account?

To make sure that your account is always secure, multiple email addresses cannot be added. However, you can replace your current email address with a new one anytime from "Your Account".


Why do I need to provide my email address to sign up?

Your email address helps us provide timely information to you about your order. It also acts as your username and helps you log in.


Must I be 18 to place an order for drinks?

"Yes, for alcholic drinks. By placing an order that includes alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Oya Now reserves the right to refuse to deliver any alcohol to any person who does not appear, or cannot prove they are, aged 18 or over."
